Fault phenomena HDI5000 machine occasionally starts up 0002 error, the ultrasound image area has no echo when the fault occurs.
Fault analysis Machine error reporting details show FEC errors. Looking at the HDI5000 machine error diagnosis list, we know that 0002 represents the front-end plate fault, possibly PSM power board, AIM board, FEC board or CB board fault. The reason of no image display is usually the failure of high-voltage output of the machine. This failure is usually caused by PSM power board or AIM board. After replacing PSM power board and AIM board, the machine still occasionally makes 0002 errors, eliminating the possibility of PSM power board and AIM board failure. Considering the occasional failure of the machine, CB board also has the possibility of failure. There are 8 CB boards, which need to be eliminated one by one. Logically, if there is still an error after replacing the CB board, it can eliminate the possibility of CB board failure, so that the cause of failure can be determined more quickly.
Fault summary After replacing the CB board (A9F), the machine will be restored to normal operation.
