Beamformer module fault isolated to RFM. Replaced RFM; image returned to spec on warm + cold boot.

Service narrative

Persistent imaging anomaly across multiple probes. Bench-isolated to the RFM beamformer module. Replaced the failing front-end ICs, recalibrated the full channel map, and reverified each probe class on a live Voluson E10 chassis for 48 hours before sign-off.
