DBM64 thermal-cycle isolation: solder-joint reflow on suspect channels + thermal-paste refresh. Warm-soak retest passed.
Service narrative
Fault only appeared once warmed up — the hardest kind. Thermal cycling reproduced the issue on the DBM64 beamformer. Reflowed the suspect channel solder joints, refreshed the thermal interface, and ran a full warm-soak validation.
