Fault phenomenon

Failure analysis
Hitachi EUB-5500 starts normally. After turning on the breaker switch and pressing the power button, the control panel background indicator lights up. The display shows the reading progress bar. After the progress bar reading process is completed, the system is starting to display information, and then appears. The start - up screen of "Now setting system data.Please wait.", then enters the frozen state of the two-dimensional mode after the ultrasound system is started.After the machine is turned on, the progress bar goes to 1/3 to crash, which can be presumed to be a failure of the machine system or PC part. First, the machine is rein - stalled after the system is tested. After starting the machine, the read progress bar is still dead at 1/3, and the machine system failure may be eliminated. The failure of the motherboard, MAP board and PB2 board in the PC part of the Hitachi EUB-5500 machine may cause the machine to start to crash. After the MAP board and the PB2 board are re-plugged and turned on, the same dead machine failure still occurs, and the poor contact failure of the board may be eliminated. .
Troubleshooting
The MAP board, PB2 board and main board are replaced one by one for testing. After replacing the main board, the machine starts normally and enters the ultrasonic two-dimensional working interface.
