The fault phenomenon
S2000 machine automatically shuts down in normal use for half an hour or so, without any error warning in the shutdown process.
Failure analysis
Color ultrasound machine in the use of automatic shutdown, generally due to the power part of the fault or the heat dissipation effect of the machine caused.The machine boot process is normal, conside r the internal of the machine accumulated too much dust ,thus influence the machine cooling ability, when open the case shell have found it amassed a dust inside the case, for dust boot test again after cleaning, the machine USES automatic shutdown fault happening again after 1 hour, thus concludes that the fault should be related to machine cooling effect, the power part of the failure probability is low.As a result of this fault and general computer cooling fault similar, general computer in the motherboard CPU temperature is too high will appear dead or automatic shutdown, CPU temperature is too high because of cooling fan or motherboard itself power supply circuit failure.In S2000 machine, RM board is similar to computer motherboard. When the board is replaced for testing, it feels hot when touching RM board, which further confirms the possibility of poor heat dissipation effect of RM board.
T roubleshooting
After the RM board was replaced, the automatic shutdown failure did not occur again in the afternoon of the boot test, and the fault was eliminated.
