Failure phenomenon
The two-dimensional image of the machine is abnormal, and the blood flow is abnormal; the blood flow knob is not sensitive.
Troubleshooting
According to the above failure phenomenon, it can be judged that the image channel of the machine is abnormal. Therefore, it is suspected that there is a problem with the BF board of the machine, so replace the BF board. After replacing the BF, remove the fault.
Disassembly steps
1. First, remove the BF board from the back of the machine. 2. Next, replace the BF board with a new one. 3. Then, turn on the machine again, and the image displays normally. 4. It was found that the blood flow knob was not sensitive during the malfunction of the machine, so the control panel of the machine was disassembled and the circuit board where the blood flow button was replaced was performed. 5. Result: After replacing the circuit board where the blood flow button is located, the knob returns to normal.
Repair result
After replacing the BF board and the circuit board where the blood flow button is located, the machine malfunction is resolved.
